Welcome to Fraymer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://fraymer.framer.ai/ (the "Site") and any content, features, or services offered through it. By accessing or using Fraymer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Fraymer
Fraymer showcases and curates Framer templates for websites, portfolios, and other digital projects. Fraymer is an independent site and is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by Framer AS (the maker of the Framer design tool). We do, however, participate in Framer's affiliate program, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on our Site (see Section 3 below for details).
2. Use of the Site
You may use Fraymer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security
Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to extract data from the Site without our consent
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you've violated these Terms.
3. Third-Party Templates, Purchases, and Affiliate Disclosure
Fraymer links to third-party platforms and marketplaces (including Framer's own marketplace) where templates can be purchased or downloaded. Important points to understand:
We do not sell templates directly on Fraymer, nor do we process payments on-site.
All purchases are made through the third-party marketplace or platform, and are subject to that platform's own terms of service, refund policy, and licensing terms.
Fraymer is not responsible for the quality, functionality, delivery, support, or licensing of templates once you leave our Site to complete a purchase elsewhere.
Any disputes related to a purchase (billing issues, refunds, template defects, licensing questions, etc.) must be resolved directly with the third-party platform or template creator.
Affiliate Disclosure: Fraymer is a member of Framer's affiliate program. This means that some links on our Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you if you make a purchase after clicking through one of these links. Our participation in this program does not influence which templates we choose to feature, but we want to be transparent about this relationship. We only recommend templates and products we believe add genuine value to our visitors.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that template listings and links on Fraymer are accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information (pricing, availability, features) is current at all times.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the Fraymer name, logo, website design, original text, and curated content are the property of Fraymer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written permission.
